Per-customer knowledge vault

A per-customer knowledge vault is an account-specific store of context that Glassity retains for each customer so its agents make sharper decisions over time. It captures architecture, prior choices, constraints, and what worked — and is isolated to one account, never a generic model shared across customers. This is a shipped capability today, distinct from any forward-looking idea about retained agent memory. Because context persists, optimization compounds instead of restarting cold on every engagement or review cycle.

The per-customer knowledge vault is dedicated, retained context for a single account. As Glassity’s agents work, they accumulate what they learn about that customer’s architecture, constraints, naming conventions, past decisions, and which remediations were accepted or rejected. That knowledge stays with the account and informs every future decision.

Two properties matter. First, it is isolated: the vault belongs to one customer and is not a generic, pooled model shared across accounts. Second, it is a real, shipped capability — a concrete part of how the product works today, distinct from any broader, forward-looking concept of retained agent memory.

The payoff is compounding intelligence. Rather than re-deriving context every cycle, the agents start from accumulated understanding, which makes agentic FinOps and the agentic platform for cloud operations progressively more precise. Glassity is ISO 27001 certified, and customer context is handled accordingly.
